Tuition costs at Pace include lunch, fees, school pictures, school accident insurance, science and computer lab fees, school publications and academic extracurricular field trips (with one or two exceptions). In grades P1-5, books are included in tuition; in grades 6-12, books are additional. Other items such as school supplies, art and photography fees, and PE uniforms are extra and are purchased separately by the student.
Upon notification of acceptance to Pace Academy, a deposit (15% of annual tuition) is required within two weeks to hold your child’s place in the class. This deposit is applied to the annual tuition, the remainder of which is due in two installments: July 1 and November 1. Tuition insurance and a tuition payment plan are available to families who make arrangements through our business office.

Financial AidPace Academy administers more than $1,500,000 annually in need-based financial aid. A separate application is required. Financial assistance is awarded to qualifying students in grades Pre-First – 12, with priority given to Middle and Upper School students. Demonstrated need is calculated by The School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS), an impartial service in Princeton, New Jersey. Once SSS makes its determination, Pace Academy makes every effort to meet a family’s total demonstrated need, but is not allowed by the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) to exceed it.
Filing the Application:
• Submit the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) to SSS at www.sss.nais.org (school code 5626)
• Submit 2011 W-2 and 1099 forms, form 1040 and supporting schedules directly to Pace Academy
• Submit a Business/Farm Statement if applicable
All financial aid materials are due by February 15. If you have specific questions about the financial aid process, please contact Caitlin Goodrich, Director of Financial Aid, at 404-266-4425 or
