Booster Club

The Booster Club is comprised of Pace parents committed to supporting athletic and physical education programs in all grades. The Booster Club firmly believes that a commitment to physical fitness is key to a long and happy life, and that the teamwork, determination and persistence fostered through participation on the athletic fields will benefit Pace students in all of their endeavors now and in the future.

The Booster Club’s primary purpose is to raise funds to supplement and enhance Pace’s athletic program with equipment, facilities and services that are not covered by the school budget. Financial support for Booster Club operations is generated through annual membership, seasonal Sports Program sponsorships, proceeds from sports concessions, and fundraising events including the Booster Bash, Pace Race and Queens of the Court tennis challenge.

During the 2012-2013 school year, the Booster Club generated nearly $130,000, which funded upgrades to Boyd Gymnasium, weight room equipment, videography services, championship banners and team roster boards.

Booster Club Events

  • Fall Sports Festival

This annual celebration at Pace Academy's Athletics Complex kicks off the school year and celebrates fall athletes. Attendees enjoy food trucks, fun activities, performances by the Pace cheerleaders, football agility drills and a scrimmage game.
  • Booster Bash

The Booster Club’s largest fundraising event takes place in the fall and celebrates Pace coaches and athletes in all divisions over dinner. The event includes a sports-themed silent auction.
  • Division Spirit Nights

The Booster Club works hard to engage every Knight – ages 5 to 85 – in supporting Pace Athletics. Division Spirit Nights welcome fans and families to home games, where they enjoy food and halftime fun. Spirit nights take place during the fall and winter sport seasons.
