How We Communicate

Effective communication is a priority at Pace. The Office of Communications provides various services to the Pace community in support of school- and division-wide communications. We strive to ensure that our students, parents and caregivers, faculty and staff are completely informed of Pace happenings.

Here are a few ways we advance the Pace Academy brand within our school community:

KnightTimes:

Published quarterly, the magazine features stories about students, faculty and staff, programs and alumni. Story ideas and alumni updates are welcome. To submit news or ideas, email Caitlin Jones. View our KnightTimes digital archive.

School News:

Current parents and caregivers, students, and faculty and staff receive a school-wide digital newsletters on Thursdays. To submit school news, email Caitlin Jones.

Grade-Level News:

This grade-specific email is sent to parents and caregivers on a weekly basis.

Magazine

Constituent Email:

The Office of Communications distributes school-wide email on behalf of various internal departments and parent organizations.

Website:

The Office of Communications maintains and updates the school website. For questions about the website or issues receiving Pace email, contact Lela Wallace.

Social Media:

Follow Pace Academy’s official Facebook, X, Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn accounts for breaking news, photos and event recaps.

Videography & Photography:

We try to capture important moments on campus to tell the school’s story on the web and social media. Our videos can be found on YouTube.

The Pace Brand

Pace Academy’s brand guidelines outline the appropriate uses of the school’s various logos, as well as Pace colors, fonts and style guidelines. To obtain a copy of the Pace Academy Brand Style Guide and/or high-resolution images or logos (used by professional printers), contact Ryan Vihlen

Communications Policies

The Office of Communications must approve all school- or division-wide communications pieces (digital and print) prior to distribution. Pace email distribution lists/directory information may not be used for promotional purposes. As a policy, Pace does not promote outside events, organizations or businesses.

The Communications Team

The Pace Academy Office of Communications strives to support, promote and protect the Pace brand in all communications while serving as a resource for the school community. 

The office maintains www.paceacademy.org and the school’s social media accounts, publishes the quarterly KnightTimes magazine, designs and produces printed promotional materials, distributes a weekly e-newsletter and other digital communications, manages media relations and crisis communications and oversees brand compliance.
