Meet the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Team

When my son enrolled at Pace in 2009, it was important to me that he felt he belonged and that his teachers knew him in a way that would help him to reach his fullest potential. This idea of belonging was critical to me as a parent and continues to drive the work that I do in my role as Chief Equity and Inclusion Officer. Our team strives to ensure that every person who crosses the threshold of our campus brings their whole self into our community—that no part of their identity is left at the door. Pace's commitment to a diverse and inclusive culture is reflected in a community in which our differences are embraced and students, parents and faculty know they belong. We are family.
