Race & Equity Resources
Engaging in conversations around diversity, equity and justice is a vital part of a healthy, multicultural community. As a school, we are committed to fostering an environment in which these authentic conversations can take place. We hope that these resources will be helpful in navigating these topics.
Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team curated this list with the help of faculty and staff. Laying a foundation for these conversations begins with shared understandings of our histories, cultures and identities. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list.
These resources represent multiple experiences and perspectives and are not intended to represent the viewpoints, experiences and perspectives of the entire Pace community or Pace as an institution. We present them in the hopes that they will be informative, educational and thought-provoking and will lead to critical thinking and important conversations around diversity, equity, inclusion, justice and belonging.
