Meet the Admissions Team

From my window in our iconic "Castle," I have a front-row seat to the daily rhythm of Pace Academy. I see joyful Lower School students chasing each other on the front lawn and hear the laughter of Middle and Upper School students hurrying to class, practice or time with friends. Those everyday moments remind me of a simple truth: schools are for children, and that must always be our North Star. At Pace, our mission is to create prepared, confident citizens of the world by building deep relationships between students and teachers. We challenge our students to think boldly, work hard and pursue excellence because we know children embrace their greatest challenges when they are surrounded by people who believe in them. Every day, our faculty encourages them to work hard, share their gifts, try everything and, most importantly, be kind.

Pace Academy began in a home—what we lovingly call the "Castle" today—and that spirit of family remains at the heart of who we are. Although we have grown into a world-class educational institution, our foundation has never changed. We don't simply enroll students; we embrace families. We strive to know every child, understand their strengths and aspirations, and partner with parents to help each student thrive. At the same time, we prepare our students for a complex and interconnected world through exceptional academics and transformative experiences, including the work of our Isdell Center for Global Leadership, equipping them to lead with curiosity, humility, compassion and purpose.

As a Pace parent, administrator, teacher and coach, I've had the privilege of seeing this mission come to life every day—in classrooms, on stages, on athletic fields and in countless quiet moments of encouragement.
