COVID-19 and Tuition

We realize that COVID-19 could have financial impacts on families in our community, and we stand ready to assist accordingly.

For families who have previously not received financial aid, we ask that you review Pace Academy’s tuition payment policy and the frequently asked questions below to assess your best options for tuition payments and/or tuition assistance. If you have specific questions about your situation that are not addressed below, please contact the Office of Financial Aid at

Tuition Payment Plans

All students enrolled at Pace Academy have paid an Advanced Tuition Deposit (ATD), which is 15% of the annual tuition. Families may choose to pay the remaining tuition balance in two payments or 10 payments. For those electing the two-payment plan, the first-semester tuition is billed June 1 and due July 1, and the second-semester tuition is billed October 1 and due November 1. Families electing the 10-payment plan will enroll in the FACTS Management Co. plan, which allows them to pay tuition in 10 monthly installments beginning May 2020 and ending February 2021. Any family that would like to discuss payment options and adjust their selected payment schedule should contact Anne Hood in the Business Office at 404-266-4434 or
