Middle School Summer Workouts

Director of High Performance and Wellness Sekou Walton and the sports performance staff is offering a combination of high-performance and strength and conditioning training for Middle School student-athletes (rising sixth through eighth grades). 

BLUEPRINT, a holistic approach to training, focuses on the following pillars: balance, lower body, upper body, energy systems, power, recovery, intelligence, nutrition and technique. Sessions will be held every Monday and Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the following dates:

  • Mondays: July 7, 14, 21
  • Wednesdays: July 10, 17, 24
