The Lower School chess team, composed of fourth-graders Hunt Lowrie and Bryson Vieira and fifth-graders Ryan Sceusi and Seth Yehudai, headed to Columbus, Ohio, for the 2022 National Elementary (K-6) Championships. As this was the team’s first national competition, the expectations were to go and have fun. Along with new experiences, this dynamite team came home with a third-place title in their division, and Yehudai placed 18th overall in the division. These Noble Knights represented their school well and exhibited stellar sportsmanship—congratulations!
