Recapping Middle School Community Engagement Day

On Friday, May 2, sixth-, seventh- and eighth-grade citizens of the world set out across metro Atlanta for Middle School Community Engagement Day. Working with Middle School faculty, student teams tended to Atlanta's first Food Forest at Browns Mill Urban Food Forest; harvested the first batch of carrots at Truly Living Well's Collegetown Farm site; cleaned up the preserve and creek at Wylde Center’s Hawk Hollow; sorted food donations at Good Samaritan Food Ministries, Reflections of Trinity and C.H.O.I.C.E.S.; and helped organize clothing donations at Bloom Closet and Antioch Urban Ministries. Thanks to these wonderful partners for hosting the Knights!
