This Sunday, April 24, at 3 p.m., the Middle and Upper School bands will kick off a series of spring concerts. The sixth-grade band will perform three pieces: Charioteer, Tyrannosaurus Rocks and Don't Stop Believin'. The seventh- and eighth-grade group will play three pieces as well: Dark Adventure, Blazing Bones of the West, which highlights the talented trombone section, and Wipe Out, featuring eighth-grade percussionist Cash Brooks. In addition, the seventh-grade steel drum ensemble will perform their own arrangement of Don't Stop Believin'. Then, the Upper School band will take the stage. Don’t miss impressive group pieces; performances by the Upper School steel drum ensemble; and special recognition of band seniors, some of whom have been playing their instruments for the entirety of their time as Pace students. Join us to enjoy this musical treat and honor the following seniors: Caroline Brown, Raina Moseley, Benjamin Chern, Megan Eghtedari, Clare Hsu, Morgan Neill, Jason Tapper, Alexandra Litvak, Allison Silverboard, Jude Black, Samuel Bready, Robert Mallis, Alex Mathias, William Baker and Greyson O'Berry.
