This weekend, four varsity teams will end their seasons at their respective state championships. Today marks day one of the three-day GHSA Track & Field State Championships at McEachern High School, and 22 Knights are vying for places on the podium. Tonight, the varsity boys soccer team will face Lovett in the GHSA Class AA state finals at Savannah Memorial Stadium. The game begins at 8 p.m. and may be viewed at www.nfhsnetwork.com (please note that a viewing fee applies for state competitions). Then, on Saturday, May 15, the varsity boys lacrosse team will attempt to capture its first-ever state title. The Knights will take on Blessed Trinity at noon at Denmark High School in Alpharetta. Break out your blue and white and come cheer on the Knights! Additional information about the lacrosse state championship is available here. The Booster Club will cover the cost of student admission to the lacrosse and track and field competitions, but students must sign up with Director of Athletics Chad Wabrek to obtain tickets.

Then, on Monday, May 17 and Tuesday, May 18, the varsity girls and boys golf teams will compete in the GHSA Golf State Championship at Southern Hills Golf Club in Hawkinsville, Ga., bringing an end to the 2020-2021 year in Pace Athletics. Good luck to all of our Pace Knights!
