Upper Schoolers Earn Scholastic Art Awards

Upper School visual artists made a strong showing in this year’s regional Scholastic Art & Writing Awards—the nation’s longest-running and most prestigious recognition program for creative teens in grades seven through 12. The competition honors excellence across 28 categories of art and writing, and 13 Knights brought home 20 awards.

Gold Key awards in photography went to freshman Kayden David and junior Tyler Swartz. Their work will automatically advance for consideration at the national level, where awards and scholarships are up for grabs.
