Class of 2031

What year did you start at Pace?

I have been at Pace since Pre-First.

Describe the activities you are involved in at Pace.

I am involved with a lot of sports. I play softball, basketball, and will be starting track in the spring. I love all the activities they offer and I have the passion to play sports and compete. Outside of sports, I am also involved in Student Council, Model UN and the Jewish Affinity Group.

What is one thing you knew before you started in Middle School?

I wish I had known how much fun Middle School would be! When I started two years ago as a fifth grader, I was really nervous and didn’t want to leave the Lower School, but the teachers made the transition so easy, and it’s been an amazing experience with so much room for growth. I’ve grown not just physically, since I’ve been here for so long, but also mentally and through the relationships I’ve built with people at this school. I’ve learned to try new things and that making mistakes is okay, it’s all part of the learning process.

What’s something you got involved in at Pace that you did not know you would want to participate in?

I got involved with the student council. I didn't know I would enjoy that as much as I did, but I have loved stepping into the leadership role and have now been in it for two years.

What is your favorite thing about Pace?

My favorite thing about Pace is the community and the personal connections I have with my teachers. When I walk into class, each teacher knows me so well, it feels like we’re all part of a little school family. I’d describe the Pace community as one big family, too.
