IN WHAT GRADE DID YOU JOIN PACE?

Ninth grade

HOW DID YOU KNOW THAT PACE WAS THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOU?

Pace had always been my top choice, but I knew that it was the right fit for me after my shadow day. I could tell that Pace was a tight-knit community and offered a well-rounded high school experience.

WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE YOU INVOLVED IN AT PACE?

Drama Club (Vice President), Pace Academy Ambassador, Student Advisory Board, Knightingales, Troubadores

I participate in all of the musicals and choral events at Pace. Performing is my passion, and I hope to pursue a career in musical theatre or classical voice.

HOW HAVE YOU GROWN DURING YOUR TIME AT PACE?

I have learned how to better manage my time alongside my workload and activities. I have also learned the importance of a teacher-student relationship.

HOW HAS PACE PREPARED YOU FOR COLLEGE?

Pace has prepared me extremely well for college. I have learned how to manage my time, build relationships with my teachers, and I have gained a lot of independence during my time at Pace.

WHY SHOULD PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS BE INTERESTED IN PACE?

Prospective students should be interested in Pace because it offers a well-rounded high school experience with academic rigor and a supportive community that allows the student to grow in all that they do.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR PEERS AT PACE?

My peers at Pace are extremely supportive, kind and inclusive.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PACE TRADITION?

My favorite Pace tradition is Spirit Week, which is the week right after winter break. Each grade picks a movie/theme and works together to make a sequence of dances to perform for the whole school. I think this is a great way to get back into school after winter break and bring our classes together.
