Fall Fair

The Pace Academy Fall Fair will once again take place on our main campus. Join us—rain or shine—for IN OUR ELEMENT FALL FAIR 2025 on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It will be a day of fun for the entire Pace community!

All of your Fall Fair favorites will be back and better than ever—like the Box Maze, Pace Jail, MASH Sideline Tent, Candy Castle, inflatables, DJ, games and amazing food trucks. 

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, Oct. 18, at the Pace Fall Fair!

*This event is not open to the public; only members of the Pace community and Pace alumni and their families may attend. Please note that this year's Fall Fair will be cashless. Credit cards may be used throughout the event.

How Does It Work?

  • Purchase an all-access wristband. This year's wristband includes two drinks, a Pace Jail pass and unlimited rides and games.

  • Buy a Fall Fair T-shirt and show your Pace spirit.

  • Lower School students: The more drawing tickets you buy, the greater the chance you win a prize at the Lower School prize drawing!

  • Middle School students: Buy a wristband or sign up to volunteer at the Fall Fair and you are automatically entered into the Middle School prize drawing.

 

FOOD OPTIONS

  • Food will be available for purchase from an assortment of food vendors, including Chick-fil-A, Dough Boy, Doug’s North Carolina BBQ, Salsa & Tacos and Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck. Satisfy your sweet tooth with Kona Ice, King of Pops and Yummi Kotton, or at the Candy Castle and Inman Center bake sale.

Leading up to the fair

  • Wear your Fall Fair T-shirt on designated dress down days.
  • Lower and Middle School assemblies and prize drawings!
  • Fun campus decorations.

 

 

Parking

  • Limited reserved parking is available for purchase. Spots cost $100 and allow for in-and-out access during the Fair. To purchase, please bring a check made out to Pace Academy with Fall Fair Parking in the subject line to the Lower School or Castle front desk by 3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 17.

  • General parking will be available in the surrounding neighborhood. Please observe parking signs, do not block driveways and be courteous to our neighbors.
